I've always been a runner. Whenever I needed a stress reliever or an easy way to get in shape, I turned to running. In 2006, when I made the decision to run my first marathon, I officially entered the crazy world of long-distance running. Back then, Mr. Non-Elite himself would sleep soundly as I dressed in the dark at 4am to go for a long run. Little did he know that a few years later, he would catch the bug.
Running has taught me more in life than anything else I've done. I've learned about commitment, humility, patience and the power of the human mind and body. There's something about crossing a finish line after months of hard work that makes you feel like you can conquer the world. I highly recommend it.
I am the official Editor-in-Chief of the blog. I take my role seriously and walk around the house with a red pen and camera waiting for an opportunity to create/criticize.
